My daughter actually asks to do the activities in this box, which never happens with workbooks. The 1st to 2nd grade level fits her perfectly and the literacy exercises are short enough to hold her attention.
The leveled activities hit the sweet spot for my 1st grader, though a few of the pages feel a bit easy for him. Reading the short passages together has become our after-dinner routine. Solid pick for 1st to 2nd grade practice.
The activities are well-pitched for my 1st grader and she actually asks to do them, which says a lot. I do wish the box included a few more short passages to read, since we finished those quickly.
