靜心圓環

The circular design fits perfectly in my son's small hands, and he'll sit for minutes turning it while counting his breaths. It's become our go-to for calming down after school, and honestly it works better than the meditation apps I've tried.

My daughter actually asks to do breathing exercises now, which I never expected. The circular design fits her hands perfectly and keeps her engaged the whole time.

The little ridges give just enough feedback that my daughter stays engaged while we do our breathing counts together. It’s become part of our bedtime wind-down, and she asks for it by name now.
