My toddler posts the little blocks through the slots for ages, way longer than I expected. The wood feels solid and the edges are smooth, no splinters at all. Fits the kit perfectly.

Our old set was missing this exact piece and my son kept grabbing the wrong shapes to post. The wood is smooth with no rough edges, and it’s solid enough that he can’t tip it over mid-play. Perfect fit for his kit.

My daughter’s been dropping the wooden coins through the slot nonstop since this arrived, and it’s held up to all her enthusiastic shoving without a wobble. The wood feels smooth and solid, and it’s honestly made me forget we’re just replacing a part.
