My toddler actually asks to read the pee board book now, which I did not expect. The way it walks through the accident feelings without any shame made the whole potty thing way less stressful for both of us.

The potty accident story is what sold me—my daughter points at the little one's face and says "sad, then okay" every time we read it. Board book pages have held up to a few chewed corners too.
