Livre « A Sukkah for Bella »

The illustrations are genuinely lovely for a board book, and the story does a nice job explaining what a sukkah is without getting too heavy for a two-year-old. It's become a staple in our bedtime rotation, and I like that it's sturdy enough to survive some enthusiastic page turning.

My toddler asks for this one every single night since we got it—the story about building the sukkah is just the right length to hold her attention, and the pages feel sturdy enough for her to flip on her own. It’s been a lovely way to start talking about the holiday without it feeling like a lesson.

The illustrations are warm and the story does a nice job explaining what a sukkah is without getting too preachy for a toddler. My three-year-old actually sits still for the whole thing, which is saying a lot. We've read it maybe five times this week already.
