Early Reader Club, Months 19-20

My 19-month-old actually brings me the books now instead of just chewing on them. The board pages are thick enough that she can turn them herself, which keeps her busy while I cook. Watching her point at the pictures and babble is worth every penny.

The little board books in this month's set are the perfect size for my 19-month-old's hands, and she's started turning the pages herself instead of just chewing on them. I've noticed her pointing at the pictures and babbling along while I read, which feels like a real jump from last month.

My 20-month-old actually sits through the whole book now instead of flipping two pages and running off. The little questions at the end of each story get her babbling answers back at me, which is new. For a busy toddler, that's a win.
